At Merchive, we take pride in supporting global events with merchandise that elevates fan energy and celebrates diversity. One of our landmark achievements was our partnership with the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA) during the Riyadh 2025 Games.
Our Role in the Games
The ISSA Games brought together athletes and delegations from across the Islamic world, creating a vibrant, competitive, and unifying celebration of sport and culture. Merchive played a central role in enhancing the event experience by designing and producing official scarves for every participating country.
Scope of Work
We delivered a full end-to-end merchandise solution, including:
1. Concept & Creative Direction
- Inspired by global tournaments like the FIFA World Cup and UEFA European Championship, we crafted scarf designs that represented each country’s identity, colors, and culture.
Every nation should have a scarf that feels truly theirs.
Just like international football tournaments, we designed each scarf using:
- The official national colors
- Elements inspired by the country’s flag
- Typography and layout that reflect the team identity
- A unified event-wide style that ensured all scarves felt part of one collection
This approach created a cohesive yet diverse merchandise set—where every delegation, fan group, and athlete could proudly showcase colors that represented their nation on the global stage.

2. Production & Quality Control
- Manufactured high-quality, event-grade scarves suitable for intense fan use and international distribution.
- Guaranteed consistency across all SKUs, despite significant variation in national branding.
3. Logistics & Delivery
- Coordinated the full production cycle and delivered all merchandise ahead of schedule to support event readiness.
- Ensured smooth distribution to delegations, fan zones, and event venues.
Impact
Our scarves became one of the most visible symbols of unity and celebration throughout the Games.
